Prep time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups of All-Purpose Flour
4 Eggs
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pinch of Salt
1-2 Tbsp of Water, More if Needed
Directions:
Using your mixer, attach paddle attachment. Combine all ingredients. at speed 1 for a
minute and then to speed 2 for one to 2 minutes It should start to clump together and be
slightly moist. If too dry, add a Tbsp of water.
Swap out the paddle to the hook attachment. At speed 1 or 2. Mix until forms a ball. This
will take about 2 minutes.
Flour surface and knead dough by hand until smooth and elastic.
Plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least a half hour
